All of our bookkeepers offer full-charge bookkeeping, which includes payables, receivables, reconciliations, budgeting, cash flows, and many other ancillary tasks that are important to your company’s financials.
However, we do understand that not all clients require a 360 suite of services. We’re happy to provide simple monthly recording and balancing.
As you grow, your needs may grow, and you may find you’ll need additional services, which is why we’re designed to grow with you instead of leaving you to find someone who can provide more.

Accounting and Fractional CFO Services

Sometimes, your company needs more, such as cash flow analysis, budgeting, and various other types of reporting, which are essential to achieving future goals.
Our accountants provide you with reports and meet with you regularly to ensure you are advancing towards your goals.
Our CFO services are focused on developing business strategies based on these reports to help you understand what the path to achieving your goals entails.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Whether you need accounts payable, receivable, or both, we’ll set up processes and a schedule where they don’t exist.
We’ll also monitor variances from projected budgets, report overdue accounts receivable transactions, and rectify as needed.
We will report cash flow or budgeting issues and set up payments for billing.
Whatever your need, we will take it off your hands so you have more time to focus on more pressing tasks.

Payroll

Payroll can sometimes be a daunting task, especially when you have employees in multiple states or even countries.
We understand that with every new employee, there are many local taxes and requirements. Rules also change according to the number of employees you have. Don’t forget, there are rules for contractors, too.
We will handle your payroll, file 1099s on your behalf as needed, and provide recommendations for payroll platforms to help you stay within budget.

Web and IT Services

When companies grow, so do website needs — and so do the attacks on websites.
Whether you accept payments on your website or simply want more protection, our specialist will do a quality sweep and bring your website to the same level of sophistication as your growing company.

Additional Services (Government Contractors and Non-Profits)

Although we work with all industries, it’s also important to note that we support Government Contractors and non-profits. We provide bookkeeping according to GAAP standards, FAR compliance, CFR compliance, DCAA compliance, DFARS compliance, and other various specific regulations. We pay sales and payroll taxes according to a payment schedule, fill out and submit government forms and formats for pricing proposals as necessary, handle 1099 processing, define allowable costs, cost reasonableness, and credits, and collaborate with auditors during an audit.

First 90 Days are at hourly rates and then a monthly flat rate is agreed upon. Additional services requested before the 6-month reassessment will be added to the monthly flat rate.
